Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on product and location:

  • U.S. orders: typically 3–7 business days
  • International orders: typically 7–21 business days

Please note that orders containing items from multiple suppliers may ship separately.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.

However, we absolutely want you to love your order 💛

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect from what you ordered

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund, please:

  1. Email us at mamallamadesignhaus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible
  • We do not require returns for damaged or incorrect items
  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method

Delivery Timing & Eligibility

Our return/replacement window begins once your item is delivered, not when it is shipped.
This ensures you have adequate time to inspect your order after receiving it.
